Wake up and smell the grass, insights while laying in an open glade of grass.

Our emotions are intimately part of our ability to reason.


Emotions are caused by events.

Most events appear as an emotion however we realize them linguistically. I.e. we name them.


Most of the our emotional world is self creating and self perpetuating.
Therefore most of ...

Emotional awareness and the realization that our WoB sets our mood and therefore the world we live in,

is then perhaps key to significant second order learning.

  1. The BBC's Horizon: The Secret You contains functional MRI evidence of decision making six seconds before it becomes conscious (towards the end of the show). That seems significant to nth order learning. - Ian
